As a Director Consulting Services, you will play a crucial role by focusing on our most valuable assets: our clients, our business, and our employees. You will work with multiple existing clients within the banking sector, while also being responsible for developing existing and new business opportunities. You will be an essential part of CGI's continued growth journey, with significant opportunities to influence both your own and your team's career development. Additionally, you will be a member of the management team within the unit focusing on banking, where you will actively contribute to the operational, tactical, and strategic development of the unit.

We are looking for someone with strong experience in System Development and Service Delivery, who also has a true passion for business development. We believe that you have an extensive network within IT and the banking industry and are experienced in engaging with clients to understand their challenges and opportunities in both digitalization and business development.

Dina framtida arbetsuppgifter
As a Director Consulting Services, you will be responsible for the group's growth, financial performance, capacity planning, and competency development. You will have profit and budget responsibility for your clients and the employees within your team.

One of your key challenges will be to drive aggressive growth targets for the group, with a focus on the following areas:

• Business Development - Act as a strategic advisor to our clients, aiming to deepen partnerships and open new business opportunities.

• Leadership - Lead, develop, and motivate your employees to achieve both their personal goals and CGI's objectives. Your team will consist of approximately 15-20 employees.

• Recruitment - Attract, retain, and recruit new talent to expand your team.

• Operational Management - Ensure the achievement of revenue, profitability, and growth
targets in alignment with the team's roadmap and growth plan.

• Industry Expertise - Stay updated on developments within System Development and the banking sector to maintain a leading advisory role within CGI in these areas.

• Management Team Collaboration - Actively participate in the management team to develop the unit and maintain our commitment to being a world-class team.

Your experience within banking, Business Consulting, and IT enables you to easily understand technology and discuss client needs, linking them to our services and strategic competency development for our employees.
