JOB PURPOSE

The Field Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth and increasing brand presence across wholesale and retail channels within the assigned region. This role involves achieving sales targets, managing and building strong customer relationships, executing in-store product placements, and supporting marketing initiatives. The Field Sales Executive will also be responsible for van selling activities, including direct sales and distribution from a company vehicle. The Field Sales Executive will gather market insights, monitor competitor activity, and provide feedback to support continuous improvement while ensuring IVG products are visible, available, and promoted effectively in the market.

Sales Targets & KPIs:
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the company.
• Track and report on KPIs such as sales volume, revenue, and customer retention.
• Generate orders and bridge gaps for stock availability
• Conduct van selling activities, including route planning, stock management, and direct-to-customer sales.
• Work closely with the external teams to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any delivery or stock issues.
• Ensure price management on all levels (Distro, Wholesale, Retail Etc

Sales & Account Management:
• Identify and target potential clients (Wholesalers, Retailer, Van driver etc.) in the region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to foster loyalty and increase sales.
• Promote and sell all IVG products to wholesale buyers.
• Address any concerns or issues faced by customer promptly and effectively.
• Do trade day and arrange promotion as required in accounts to upsell current products or new products.

Marketing Support:
• Ensure premium location for stock display, place products as per guidelines and next to competition products
• Provide marketing material (POSM, CDU, Samples Etc..)
• Secure Main location for (Sign boards, Branding, Posters Etc..)
• Maintain relationship to do broadcast story
• Put Main Display shelfs and counter. (IVG Branded)
• Maintain shelf with correct display, shelf strips, wobblers Etc.

Market Analysis & Reporting:
• Monitor competitor activities, trends, and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats.
• Update new products, price change and promotions in market for all products.
• Provide feedback on customer needs, preferences, and potential product improvements.
• Report promotion feed backs, maintain your region customer sheet and product availability.
• Manage your customer profiling.

Product Promotion & Distribution:
• Ensure product visibility and availability at wholesale and retail outlets by working with distribution teams and achieve premium location.
• Implement promotional campaigns and support product launches.
• Provide training and product knowledge to wholesalers, retailers, ensuring they can effectively sell the products.

Company Van & Asset Responsibility:
• Drive and operate the company van safely and in accordance with company policies and road regulations.
• Maintain the company van in a clean, tidy, and presentable condition at all times.
• Conduct basic daily checks (fuel, cleanliness, stock organisation, and vehicle condition).
• Report any mechanical issues, damages, or servicing requirements promptly.
• Ensure van stock is well organised, secure, and accurately accounted for

 ROLE REQUIREMENT:

• Minimum: High school diploma (GCSEs or equivalent).
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills with strong ability to build rapport and long-term relationships with clients.
• Effective in planning daily routes, prioritizing accounts, and managing time independently.
• Works well with internal teams (e.g., sales support, marketing, logistics) to ensure smooth execution.
