Your role
As our Senior Sales Manager - Market Lead for Norway, you'll own Erinion's commercial and market development and the strategic direction for the Norwegian market, acting as our key representative in the country.You will build strong customer relationships and strategic initiatives that position Erinion as a trusted partner in the transition to electric transport. You will also shape the local go-to-market approach to ensure effective positioning and prioritisation in the Norwegian market.
You will lead high-value, complex sales opportunities end-to-end: identifying priority prospects, shaping feasible solution scopes with our technical teams, and managing long-cycle negotiations to secure profitable agreements. You will also maintain structured market insight and translate it into clear direction for commercial planning, forecasting and portfolio development.
This is a high-impact role for a senior commercial contributor. In your role, you ensure strong coordination between Sales and Deployment to secure a consistent customer experience and commercially sound delivery. By combining commercial leadership with customer insight, you will help transport operators electrify their operations and shape Erinion's long-term position in Norway.
Your responsibilities
- Market leadership: Drive Erinion's commercial and market development in Norway, identifying priority customer segments and opportunities that strengthen our long-term position.
- End-to-end sales: Lead high-value, complex sales opportunities end-to-end, from early customer engagement and solution shaping with technical teams to negotiation and profitable agreement closure. Build trusted, long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders, representing Erinion in the field and driving sustainable business growth.
- Go-to-market strategy: Shape and refine the local go-to-market approach, ensuring effective positioning, customer prioritisation and adaptation of Erinion's value proposition to Norwegian market needs.
- Relationship management: Build trusted, long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders, representing Erinion in industry and public engagements.
- Strategic planning: Translate structured market insight into clear direction for commercial planning, forecasting and portfolio development, ensuring alignment between market needs and Erinion's offering.
- Cross-functional alignment: Ensure strong coordination between Sales and Deployment, aligning commercial commitments with delivery capabilities to secure a consistent and high-quality customer experience.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across Erinion and Scania, contributing insight that strengthens solution feasibility, customer value and commercial execution.
Your Profile
We're seeking a commercially driven sales leader with a strong track record in strategic sales and the ability to navigate both commercial and technical discussions, ideally within electric-vehicle charging infrastructure or related e-mobility solutions. You bring structure to your work and can turn customer needs and market insight into scalable, value-driven solutions.You work independently and collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience insenior sales or business-development roles.
- Industry knowledge: Background within e-mobility, energy, commercial vehicle industry, or related sectors.
- Track record: Proven success in leading complex, high-value sales cycles and closing commercially sound agreements. Strong commercial and technical acumen, with the ability to translate customer needs and market insight into clear commercial direction
- Communication: Fluent in English and Norwegian with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Mobility: Open to regular travel within Norway, and occasionally to the Erinion head office in Stockholm.
- Network: Previous experience or strong network within transport, logistics, or fleet operations is a advantage.
