Erinion designs, builds and operates depot and destination charging solutions for heavy-duty vehicles. As part of the Scania Group, we combine the strength of a global transport leader with the agility of a fast-growing company. Our approach focuses on energy efficiency and optimal utilisation, ensuring that electrification is not only sustainable but also financially and commercially viable for our customers. We support different ways of financing, owning and operating charging sites and Battery Energy Storage Systems, so that each customer can find the model that best fits their business. With operations across eight European markets and global expansion underway, we enable transport operators to electrify their fleets with confidence and long-term profitability.
Your role
As Commercial & Project Lead Norway, you will build and operate Erinion's business in Norway from the ground up. This is a hands-on role where you combinecommercial responsibility with project delivery, owning the full customer journey-from first dialogue to a fully operational charging site.

You will navigate available government and local subsidy schemes to crate the best possible business case for the customer.
You are not expected to be a specialist in every domain. You will be supported by product management, finance, commercial operations, and deployment experts-but you willown the outcome locallyand ensure that both customer commitments and project delivery are successfully executed.
