Role Overview

FIS is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive new business growth across large and mid-market corporate treasury teams in the Nordics region (with a primary focus on Sweden). This is a direct, quota-carrying, new-logo sales role responsible for selling FIS Treasury & Risk Management solutions to sophisticated corporate treasuries.

The successful candidate will bring proven experience selling Treasury Management Systems (TMS) or adjacent treasury solutions into corporates and will be comfortable engaging with Group Treasurers, Assistant Treasurers, CFOs, and Finance Directors across the Nordic market.

This is a hunter role, requiring strong discovery skills, rigorous deal qualification, and the ability to execute complex enterprise sales cycles.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Own and execute the end-to-end sales cycle for FIS Treasury solutions, from initial prospecting through to contract signature
  • Drive new-logo acquisition across enterprise and upper-mid-market corporates in the Nordics
  • Build and maintain a robust, multi-year regional pipeline
  • Consistently meet or exceed annual sales quota through disciplined opportunity management
  • Engage senior stakeholders including Group Treasurers, CFOs, Heads of Finance, and Treasury Operations leaders
  • Lead value-based discovery conversations across:
    • Cash and liquidity management
    • Financial risk management (FX, interest rate risk)
    • Treasury reporting, governance, and controls
  • Articulate the strategic, financial, and operational value of FIS treasury platforms
  • Manage complex sales cycles (6-18 months) involving multiple internal and client-side stakeholders
  • Own pricing strategy, commercial negotiations, and executive-level alignment
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the Nordic corporate treasury market, including competitive TMS vendors, bank-provided solutions, and regional market dynamics
  • Actively network within the Nordic treasury community, particularly in Sweden
  • Represent FIS at regional industry events, treasury forums, and client meetings


What You Bring
  • Strong enterprise B2B solution sales experience
  • Direct experience selling treasury or financial solutions to corporate clients, such as:
    • Treasury Management Systems (TMS)
    • Risk management solutions
    • Cash and liquidity platforms
    • Payments or bank connectivity solutions
  • Demonstrated success selling into corporate treasury departments
  • Proven hunter profile with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quota
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
  • Ability to operate independently in a field-based or regionally focused sales role
  • Strong understanding of corporate treasury workflows, including:
    • Cash positioning and forecasting
    • Liquidity management
    • FX exposure and risk processes
    • Payments and bank connectivity landscapes
  • Credibility when engaging with senior treasury leadership

Nordic language skills (e.g. Swedish) are advantageous but not mandatory.
