My name is Peter Theorell. I am the Sales Director Sweden Commercial. As a leader, I am present, clear, and trusting, giving my team freedom under responsibility while actively supporting their development and helping each individual reach their full potential.
Your role & influence as Sales Manager
Responsibility:You will be given responsibility for leading, developing, and driving results through a team of Account Managers, while actively contributing to Dustin's strategic goals, transformation initiatives, and long-term customer development in the Commercial Midmarket segment.
Collaboration: Together with your team, you take care of achieving ambitious sales targets and driving customer growth. You'll work closely not only with your immediate team members but also with Marketing and Operations to ensure strong collaboration and seamless execution.
Core activities:
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Managers to achieve and exceed business and budget targets
Drive active customer and business development through strategic account management and hands-on sales support
Implement strategic initiatives and continuous improvements to enhance team performance, processes, and customer engagement

Experience with leading and coaching B2B sales teams, driving complex sales, and managing budget and performance follow-up
Technical skills: proficiency in CRM tools, structured sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger Sales), and fluency in Swedish and English
