CGI's Data Insights business unit is growing, and we are looking for a commercially driven data leader who can take our business to the next level. This role is ideal for an experienced leader with deep expertise in data and analytics who is equally passionate about driving sales, growing client relationships, and building high-performing teams.

As Director Consulting Services (DCS), you will have overall responsibility for developing and scaling the Data Insights consulting business in Stockholm. You will combine strong leadership in data and analytics with clear ownership of business development, revenue growth, and profitability, working closely with clients, sales teams, and delivery leaders.

CGI's Data Insights unit delivers advanced solutions within Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, Advanced Analytics, and Master Data Management, helping clients turn data into measurable business value.

As Director Consulting Services, you will be accountable for both data excellence and commercial performance, including:
• Sales & Business Development: Own and drive sales within Data Insights in Stockholm by identifying opportunities, developing client relationships, shaping offerings, and closing new and expanded engagements.
• Data & Analytics Leadership: Act as a senior leader within data and analytics, guiding solution direction and ensuring CGI remains a trusted advisor in data-driven transformation.
• Revenue & Profitability Ownership: Full responsibility for meeting and exceeding revenue, margin, and growth targets for the consulting practice.
• Client Engagement & Delivery Oversight: Maintain senior client relationships and ensure high-quality deliveries, contributing to projects when needed.
• People Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop a team of initially 10-15 consultants, fostering a culture of performance, learning, and engagement.
• Recruitment & Team Growth: Actively attract, recruit, and onboard top talent to support business growth.
• Management Team Contribution: Actively contribute to the Data Insights and M&T management teams, shaping strategy and long-term direction.

We are looking for a leader with a strong data and analytics background who thrives in a commercial, client-facing leadership role.

To succeed as a DCS, you bring:
• Proven experience leading data, BI, or analytics consulting organizations, preferably with P&L or revenue responsibility.
• A strong sales mindset, with demonstrated success in business development, client growth, and opportunity management.
• Deep understanding of data-driven solutions and how they create business value for clients.
• A passion for developing people and building high-performing, scalable consulting teams.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment while maintaining strategic focus.
Additional qualifications:
• Background as a consultant is highly meritorious.
• Relevant university degree.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
