Your role

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with a strong commercial background and a genuine interest for technology and hardware. As Product Manager Charging Hardware Solutions, you will be part of shaping Erinion's product strategy and our ways of working. You will be part of small and ambitious product team aiming to re-shape the future of heavy-duty transportation in Europe. Beyond working with hardware, software and services you will be part of shaping our new business models.

Your responsibilities

You will own the product strategy and roadmap for Erinion's Charging Hardware Solutions, e.g. chargers, battery energy storage systems (BESS), solar and other hardware components. You ensure the product portfolio meet current and future customer needs across all Erinion markets.

You ensure Erinion has the most competitive offer on the market, find new ways to drive growth as well as making installation more efficient. The aim is to lower total cost of ownership for our customers, so they become more profitable when they go electric. In this role you have the full responsibility for the hardware offering, from idea to commercialization as well as post launch improvements.

To achieve this, you will work closely with customers, suppliers as well as with colleagues across the Erinion and Scania organisation in commercial, purchasing, technology.

Your Profile

You are a commercial minded product manager with a strong product and technology interest. We believe you have a couple of years work experience as product manager or similar and have a proven record of setting a roadmap and building successful product offerings.

You are analytical and strategic, identifies new business opportunities and enjoy working closely with customers. You have a bias towards action and are hands-on in execution, works well independently, and thrive in working closely with stakeholders and users across countries and cultures. You enjoy building systems and processes as we go and can navigate a complex growing and rapidly changing ecosystem. It is a plus if you have experience from charging or energy products and solutions.
