As an Operations Associate, you will be a key part of the Customer Operations team, ensuring smooth onboarding, operational follow-up, high data quality, and efficient coordination across our markets. You can be based in Stockholm or Amsterdam and you will work in a global context, supporting markets across Europe and ensuring that our charging infrastructure performs reliably and efficiently. The role reports directly to the Head of Customer Operations
Your responsibilities
- Complete new customer setups in the CRM (subscriptions, invoices & asset management).
- Register new customers, sites, chargers, vehicles, and users in Erinion Connect (Charging Management System).
- Follow up on escalated operational cases across markets.
- Coordinate and validate invoicing flows between Finance and cross-functional teams in Salesforce
- Analyze operational profitability per customer and identify improvement areas.
- Monitor Repair & Maintenance cases, ensuring timely completion and accurate documentation.
- Analyze uptime and redundancy needs, and propose improvements to reduce costs for customers.
- Prepare and distribute quarterly customer reports.
- Collaborate closely with Operations Managers, Sales, Deployment, Finance, Product, and market teams.
Your profile
We're looking for a structured and analytical operations talent who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. You enjoy working with systems, solving operational challenges, and turning detailed information into clear, reliable outcomes. You take ownership, collaborate well across teams, and bring a high level of precision and accuracy to everything you do.
- Highly structured with strong attention to detail and data quality.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret operational data and identify improvements.
- Strong ability to manage multiple parallel tasks and maintain clarity under pressure.
- Technically inclined and comfortable working with systems such as CRM, CMS, and data dashboards.
- Communicative, collaborative, and comfortable working in a global setting.
- Experience from administrative, operational, or coordination roles in a technical or service-oriented environment.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages (Swedish, German, French, Dutch, Polish, etc.) are a plus.
