Are you passionate about making our offers and sellable products available to our iconic shops in the best possible way? A role that is a key player in preparing and executing successful product launches across all our markets, shops and sales channels! Espresso House Group and the amazing product data team at IT is looking for a Product Data Specialist to cover for a paternity leave for 5 months.

Location: Support Office Malmö, Sweden

About the Role

As a Product Data Specialist, you will be responsible for assuring that products are correctly set up and maintained across systems to enable accurate pricing, product information, and legal compliance in each market. You will play a key role in a well functioning team where you will get the support and training needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the setup and maintenance of products in key systems (Foptec, Pimcore, Winpos, POM)

• Secure correct pricing, VAT, ingredients, naming, recipes and translations per market, including local adaptations

• Support accuracy of COGS by ensuring correct pricing and recipe data across markets

• Coordinate and execute checklists for launch readiness across systems

What We are Looking For

• 2 years+ experience working in an EH shop

• Structured and curious to learn new things

• Good knowledge around the EH way of working as well as our offers and products

• System administration knowledge

• A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Fluent in English and at least one Nordic language
