About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as theNordic Head of Pharmacovigilance and Safety. This is a leadership position that combines strategic oversight, business development, and team leadership. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our pharmacovigilance and safety functions across both clinical and post-marketing environments.
This role will report to the EVP Compliance & Clinical Division and will be in Solna, Sweden.
What you will do:
- Focus on sales, marketing and client relationship management.
- Drive strategic and digital initiatives to develop PV and safety in both clinical trial and post-marketing settings.
- Grow the full-service safety solution and other key strategic initiatives.
- Lead and oversee pharmacovigilance (PV) and safety operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to develop tailored safety solutions.
- Provide inspiring leadership to multidisciplinary teams, fostering growth, collaboration, and excellence.
Who are we looking for?
- Proven experience in pharmacovigilance and safety across both clinical trial and post-marketing environments.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide diverse teams.
- Background in CRO or consultancy settings is an advantage.
- Demonstrated success in business development, with a focus on sales and client engagement.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to balance regulatory compliance with business objectives.
