Consultant Manager - Commercial (Sweden)Build, lead, and grow the Commercial Interim business within Nordic Life Science. The role
PharmaRelations is now looking for a Consultant Manager - Commercial who wants to take an active role in building and scaling our Commercial consulting business in Sweden.
In this role, you hold full responsibility for sales, client relationships, and leadership of your consultant team within Commercial functions in the Life Science industry. You will work closely with clients to understand their business challenges, identify opportunities, and deliver high-quality interim solutions and consulting services.
The role reports to the Head of Division Interim, Sweden and you will collaborate closely with Nordic colleagues, contributing to both local and cross-border growth. This is a role for someone who enjoys combining entrepreneurship, sales excellence and people leadership, and who wants real influence over business development and strategic direction.
Your responsibilities include
- Driving sales and business development within commercial Life Science roles
- Building long-term, trust-based relationships with clients and consultants
- Recruiting, developing, and leading your consultant team
- Acting as a trusted advisor to clients in commercial strategy and resourcing
- Contributing to the development of new service offerings and ways of working
- Collaborating across the Nordic organization to share knowledge and best practice
Who we are looking for
We are looking for a commercially driven professional with solid experience from commercial roles within the Life Science industry.
You are motivated by sales, growth and relationship building, and you thrive in an environment where you are expected to take ownership, act proactively and create results.
To succeed in the role, you have:
- At least 10 years of experience from consultancy, recruitment or interim services
- Strong business acumen and a passion for sales
- The ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders
- An interest in leadership and developing people and teams
- Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English
