We are now looking for aChief Information Security Officer (CISO)- a key leadership role responsible for shaping and driving the enterprise-wide cybersecurity agenda.This is a business-critical position at the intersection of technology, risk, and strategy, working closely with executive management, CIO/CDIO, and enterprise risk leadership to ensure that cybersecurity enables - not constrains - innovation and growth.

Role Summary

As our CISO at TFS, you will define and execute a business-aligned cybersecurity strategy, ensuring that cyber risk is clearly understood, measured, and actively managed as part of enterprise decision-making. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and play a central role in embedding security into the organization's strategic direction.

Job Responsibilities

• Define and lead the enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategy aligned with business objectives
• Establish and govern the cybersecurity risk framework, integrating cyber risk into enterprise risk management
• Provide clear, actionable insights to executive leadership and board-level stakeholders on cyber risk posture
• Partner with CIO/CDIO and business leaders to ensure secure digital transformation and innovation
• Drive regulatory compliance and alignment with relevant standards and frameworks
• Oversee the development of security capabilities, policies, and governance structures
• Lead and influence cross-functional teams to embed security into business processes and decision-making
• Act as the senior escalation point for major cybersecurity risks and incidents

Who You Are

• Extensive leadership experience in cybersecurity, technology risk, or enterprise IT
• Proven ability to operate at CISO or executive level, translating cybersecurity into business impact
• Strong understanding of modern security frameworks, cloud environments, and regulatory landscapes
• Experience from complex, global, and/or regulated organizations
• Executive presence, strong communication skills, and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
