Job Description
You will be part of a fast-paced environment and work with youthful, fashion products that welcome everyone! Our target customers are fashion-conscious young women attracted to DIVIDED for clothing expressing the latest in fashion, from current essentials to fashion must haves. You will be part of a fast moving, dynamic environment and adaptable to change.
As a Product Designer for DIVIDED Regional, you will focus on regions that have different climate and cultural focuses like equatorial and Lunar New Year. You will support strategically in shaping local keys and fashion drops when this is critical for the customer together with the regional manager. You will be responsible for creating wide assortment across multiple categories that centers on the most current and elevated assortment for these customers. You are responsible for creating the best products with incredible attention to detail and ensuring the regional collection is fashion forward with key products & that speak to our target customer, aligned with our set global trend directions.
Qualifications
This is a fantastic opportunity to work strategically and creatively in a dynamic team creating the best offer for key growth regions. The products created can be in any category but center in jersey and light wovens. You will collaborate with Regional Manager as well as other members of the team creating the most relevant assortment for the Divided target customer.

In addition to above we are looking for:
- BA/MA degree in Fashion /Textile Design
- A minimum of 3 years’ work experience as a Product Designer within Womenswear
- High level of knowledge working in CLO 3D is meriting
- Have strong and fast-paced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- A passion for and commercial understanding of the H&M Divided customer
- A creative and visionary mindset with a true passion for high level fashion trend awareness, current & future aspirational trends
- Knowledge & experience in multiple garment categories is meritous
- Strength in collection building & visual communication
- A strong customer focus and entrepreneurial mindset
- Able to work with large collections, parallel timelines and goals
- A high capacity to prioritize and focus on what makes the real difference for the business
- Organizational & methodical skills and able to keep the big picture in mind at all times
- Excellent communication & collaborative skills
- You thrive working in diverse teams where we are all different and you contribute with your perspectives
- Leadership experience
- Thrive in a fast-paced and everchanging work environment,
- Adaptable to change with a flexible mindset.
- Able to be work operationally & with strategic holistic overview
- English fluency (Swedish is not necessary)
Additional Information
This is a Permanent full-time position to start by December 1st, 2024.
