We are currently looking for a Tech Recruiter who will be the driving force in identifying and recruiting the best tech professionals in the gaming industry. You will play a central role in building our teams, working closely with hiring managers across all departments to ensure that we attract and secure top talent.

The Role

Your key responsibilities include:

Partnering with hiring managers to understand technical needs and role requirements.

Identifying, sourcing, and headhunting exceptional tech talent for a variety of roles, with a focus on game development and production.

Managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and outreach to interview coordination and offer negotiation.

Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified tech candidates for current and future roles.

Staying ahead of industry trends in tech recruitment and gaming to refine strategies and reach passive talent.

What We're Looking For

2-4+ years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment (agency or in-house), ideally within the gaming or software industry, with a proven track record in tech hiring.

Strong network and understanding of technical roles, including developers, engineers, and other specialized tech profiles.

Exceptional communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities while delivering a high-quality candidate experience.

Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, creative environment.

You take pride in finding candidates who are a great fit both technically and culturally.

Nice-to-have

Experience recruiting for regulated gaming or iGaming roles.

Understanding of game production pipelines and technical roles in game studios.

Passion for gaming and insight into gaming culture and communities.
