We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Researcher to join our recruitment team. You will be part of a team of experienced and collaborative recruiters who work closely together and support one another. While you will receive guidance and support from experienced colleagues, the role also requires you to be self-driven, structured, and comfortable taking initiative and ownership of your work. This is a full-time, 12-month temporary position.

About the role:

In this role, you will support and drive recruitment processes across the organization, with a strong focus on sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates through relevant channels. You will conduct interviews and contribute to a high-quality and professional candidate experience, while working closely with hiring managers and other internal stakeholders. You will be responsible for ensuring that recruitment processes are structured, efficient, and well-documented, and you will continuously reflect on and improve your own way of working to ensure high quality and efficiency in your recruitment processes.

To thrive in this role, we believe you:

• Have 2-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, recruitment, or talent research

• Are structured, efficient, and able to manage multiple processes in parallel

• Are social, open, and communicative, with strong collaboration skills

• Are proactive, take initiative, and work well independently

• Have strong communication skills in Swedish and English

It is considered an advantage if you have insights or experience from the banking sector, or if you are used to working with recruitment across a broad range of roles and competencies.
