AsTalent Acquisition Lead, you will play a pivotal role in building the teams behind life-saving technology. You partner closely with leaders across Group Functions and Sweden as a business area, shaping thoughtful, high-quality hiring decisions that directly support our mission in healthcare innovation.

In this role, you combine hands-on recruitment with ownership of our global recruitment and onboarding framework. You'll ensure that every hiring decision is not only efficient and compliant, but also aligned with our commitment to quality, integrity, and long-term impact.

Key responsibilities
  • Own and drive the full recruitment journey end-to-end, from intake to signed offer and onboarding handover, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience
  • Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers and candidates, guiding, advising, and challenging to enable strong, well-governed hiring decisions
  • Leading offer negotiations while ensuring alignment with compensation frameworks, job scope, and internal equity
  • Take ownership of Elekta's global recruitment and onboarding framework, ensuring clarity, consistency, and audit readiness across markets
  • Champion continuous improvement, using data, insights, and stakeholder feedback to enhance efficiency, and candidate experience

Your experience and capabilities
  • A structured and self-driven approach, with proven ability to navigate complexity and independently deliver outcomes across a broad portfolio of roles, from technology and engineering to corporate functions such as legal and procurement
  • Strong experience using Workday as ATS is a requirement.
  • Proven track record in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding within a complex, international organization
  • Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills, with confidence to influence and challenge at senior levels
  • University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
