Job DescriptionOur client is seeking a Senior Support Services Specialist to take on a key role that bridges administration, finance, and customer interaction. This position is integral to ensuring a smooth and efficient order management process, from initial entry through to invoicing and follow-up.
The role requires maintaining high standards of accuracy, supporting financial oversight, and delivering a seamless experience for both customers and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate the complete order lifecycle, from entry to final closure
Monitor deliveries, costs, and invoicing to ensure accuracy and timeliness
Contribute to financial control by supporting service-related and product delivery processes, including spare parts
Ensure all activities align with contractual agreements, internal procedures, and documentation standards
Engage regularly with customers and internal teams to provide updates and resolve queries
Required Experience
Senior-level experience in administrative roles, ideally within order management or similar functions
Familiarity with business operations and basic financial processes
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
Required Skills
Strong experience in order management and administrative coordination
Good understanding of financial workflows and business processes
High level of accuracy with strong attention to detail
Structured and solution-oriented approach to work
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Languages
Swedish (Proficient)
English (Proficient)
