Kalmar's Counter Balanced (CB) Division is looking for a motivated Summer Trainee, Global Sales & Marketing to join our Global Sales & Marketing team. This isn't just an entry-level role; it's a front-row seat to the market strategy of an industry giant.
Based in Ljungby with hybrid flexibility, you will work directly with your Line Manager to analyze customer satisfaction, develop cutting-edge sales tools, and elevate our global brand through events and digital media. What are your key responsibilities:
- Empower Global Sales Operations: Support our worldwide sales organizations by managing critical reporting, data analysis, and documentation, while assisting with order configuration and strategic business development initiatives.
- Fuel Marketing & Product Innovation: Drive our brand presence by coordinating global events, managing social media and website content, and ensuring product information remains accurate and impactful across all digital and printed platforms.
- Drive Commercial & Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive customer satisfaction and segment analyses, coordinate lead generation activities, and provide on-the-ground support for international exhibitions and high-profile company events.

What you bring to the role:
- Educational Background: You are currently studying for a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a similar field.
