Kalmar's Counter Balanced (CB) Division is looking for two ambitiousTrainees, CB Product Lineto join our team in Ljungby. This isn't just an internship; it's a front-row seat to the operations of a global leader in sustainable cargo handling. Based in Ljungby, with the flexibility of a hybrid work model - you will work alongside industry experts to shape the future of our product offering.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in Product Line at a global company, aligned with your studies and interests.
The trainee period typically runs from May to September, with exact timing to be mutually agreed upon with your manager.
What are your key responsibilities:
- Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with six core business pillars: Product Management, Quality, Support, Project Management, Order Management, and Pricing.
- Fuel Business Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive business analyses and monitor critical data to support strategic decision-making.
- Optimize Global Processes: Identify bottlenecks and contribute to the continuous improvement of our operational workflows.
- Lead Targeted Projects: Take ownership of operational tasks and projects that align specifically with your academic background and professional aspirations.

What you bring to the role:
- Educational Background: Pursuing a University degree, preferably in Engineering, Economics or equivalent.
- Early Experience & Curiosity: Early career experience showing curiosity, initiative, and effectiveness in business development, preferably in comparable sectors.
- Proactive, Learning-Oriented & Customer-Focused Mindset: Strong interest in innovation and customer solutions, with curiosity and drive for continuous self-development.
- Analytical, Technical & Problem-Solving Capabilities: Strong analytical skills and structured working style, with familiarity in tools such as Google Workspace and Salesforce.
