Kalmar's Counter Balanced (CB) Division is looking for a driven and talentedManagement Traineeto join our team. This isn't just a learning opportunity - it's a front-row seat to the operations of a global leader dedicated to pioneering electric equipment, driver assistance, and autonomous functions. Based in Ljungby, with the flexibility of a hybrid work model, you will work alongside industry experts to take on projects that matter and contribute to the next generation of sustainable cargo handling.

This role offers a great opportunity to gain deep operational experience at a global company, providing a platform for growth that aligns with your studies and career interests.

As part of this one-year program, you will rotate through four different departments and spend three months abroad learning from our global teams, with the specific timeline and project focuses to be mutually agreed upon with your manager.

  • Drive Multi-Departmental Excellence: Complete four targeted rotations to grasp the full breadth of our division's operational ecosystem and business strategy.
  • Deliver Strategic Innovation: Partner with industry pioneers on hands-on projects that directly influence our decarbonization roadmap and autonomous product development.
  • Expand International Horizons: Broaden your professional scope through a three-month global assignment, learning first-hand how we deliver world-class solutions across different markets.

What you bring to the role:

  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Management, Economics, or a related field.
  • Early Experience & Initiative: Previous internships or early career experience demonstrating curiosity and effectiveness in business development, preferably in industrial or tech sectors.
  • Proactive & Learning Mindset: A passion for taking on challenges and a drive for continuous self-development to make a positive impact from day one.
  • Analytical & Technical Skills: A data-driven approach and a structured working style, with familiarity with Google Workspace.
  • Passion for Innovation: A genuine obsession with technology, sustainability, and developing the next generation of customer-focused solutions.
  • Communication & Networking: Fluency in English (written and spoken) with the confidence to build strong networks and collaborate effectively across a global organization.
