Your role and responsibilities

ABB Robotics Academy is responsible for creating, delivering and coordinating training for the Marketing & Sales and Service organization within Robotics globally. Our main training deliverables include Sales & Service readiness Packages, Service Certification Programs, Job Role Learning Paths, Global CourseWare for our worldwide Training Centers and ABB Simstructions® for our Field service engineers.

In the role of Global Sales Enablement & Training Coordinator - Simstruction Creator, you will join a self-driven and diverse team of highly skilled professionals where our climate is open and trusting. We offer you an exciting and international workplace, where you will be facing and taking responsibility for interesting and sometimes challenging tasks.

This role reports to Global Sales Enablement & Training Manager.

Your responsibilities

• Creating ABB SimStrutions (3D animated instructions)

• Investigate how AI tools can be leveraged to optimize and automate the creation of SimStructions.

• Provide support to the team with 3D animations and 3D drawings as needed across various projects.

Qualifications for the role

• Proficient in SolidWorks or other CAD software

• Experienced in CAD modeling and 3D animations

• Highly skilled and experienced in SolidWorks Composer

• Must be creative thinking, innovative and proactive and able to leverage new tools while having the ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively

• You are a fast learner, capable of translating complex technologies into clear, engaging content.

• You are proficient in office and creative programs such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro and After Effects) Microsoft Office, and SharePoint.

• Strong written and spoken communication skills are key to your success, and you are fluent in English. 

• Result-oriented person with a creative mindset and good social skills.
