Your Mission

Work directly with leadership on strategy, decision-making, communication, and execution follow-through. Convert opportunities into structured actions, clear deliverables, and completed outcomes.

Core Responsibilities

Prepare concise, high-impact materials:

Drive special projects across:

Staffing

Expansion

Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure progress without friction

Create structure around fast-moving ideas without slowing execution

Maintain confidentiality, discretion, and high-quality written communication

First 90 Days

Build an action management system for leadership decisions and priority projects

Close or advance the first set of pending strategic follow-ups

Develop templates for:

Briefs

Decision logs

Project updates

Meeting follow-ups

Own and deliver at least one special project end-to-end

KPI Framework

Decision-to-action speed

Follow-up closure rate

Project delivery against timeline and standard

Communication clarity and speed

Leadership leverage (reduced follow-up dependency)
