Assignment Description

We are looking for an experienced Technical Solution Expert

What You Will Work On

Ensure stable and efficient operation of Contact Center and telephony solutions

Manage incidents, changes, and continuous service improvements

Drive enhancements in user experience, processes, and documentation

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors

Handle lifecycle management and release planning

Contribute to transformation initiatives toward new service solutions

Act as a bridge between business and IT to align solutions with business needs

Support governance and vendor management activities

What You Bring

Minimum 4 years of experience with Contact Center solutions (preferably Puzzel)

Experience with telephony solutions (fixed and mobile)

Documented experience working with IT solutions

Good understanding of applications and infrastructure within telephony

Knowledge of both traditional and cloud-based telephony solutions

Experience working with Microsoft 365

Experience managing IT services and objects

Experience with vendor governance and supplier management

Experience working between business and IT

Experience in agile environments

Experience with IT projects and requirements management

Strong communication skills in Swedish and English (spoken and written)

Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
