Assignment Description

We are currently looking for an experienced Service Manager / Tech Lead

What You Will Work On

Lead and coordinate a development team in daily operations

Plan, prioritize, and follow up on deliveries in collaboration with business stakeholders

Ensure high quality, delivery efficiency, and correct technical direction

Coach and support developers in technical matters

Capture, structure, and translate business requirements into development tasks

Facilitate workshops and requirement sessions with non-technical stakeholders

Take overall technical responsibility for the application portfolio

Drive architecture and technology decisions

Contribute hands-on with development when needed

Enable and optimize use of AI-assisted development tools

Manage delivery, reporting, risks, and dependencies

Establish and maintain system documentation

What You Bring

Minimum 7 years of experience in software development

Strong expertise in .NET and experience with React or similar frontend frameworks

Good knowledge of Microsoft Azure (cloud services, deployment, infrastructure)

Proven experience in technical leadership roles (e.g., Tech Lead)

Strong experience in requirements management and structuring

Experience working closely with business stakeholders

Experience with GitHub, Jira, and Confluence

Experience improving and establishing development processes

Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot)

Experience maintaining internal systems or business applications

Good understanding of DevOps and CI/CD in Azure environments

Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)

Fluent in Swedish (spoken and written)
