About the Role

You will help secure the quality of a Developer Portal used by web and app developers, partners and integrators. As the final safeguard before new features reach users, you will focus on reliability, usability, performance and strong test coverage across web and web-based components.

You will work closely with developers, designers, business analysts and digital product managers in a small cross-functional team. Alongside hands-on testing, you will also support the team as a Scrum Master and help improve collaboration, communication and ways of working. This role is a strong fit if you enjoy combining quality engineering with agile facilitation in a product environment where your work has clear impact.

Job DescriptionYou will drive automated testing of website functionality, usability and overall quality, and complement automation with manual testing when needed to cover edge cases and user experience.

You will evaluate the current security state, stay updated on emerging cyber security threats and contribute to vulnerability-focused testing.

You will give detailed feedback on code quality and performance optimization to help maintain a reliable and user-friendly developer portal.

You will collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, digital product managers and developers to understand requirements and turn them into effective test strategies and technical improvements.

You will plan and produce test documentation and contribute to continuous improvements in test automation, test coverage and development strategies.

You will take on Scrum Master responsibilities by facilitating effective communication, supporting team engagement and strengthening the team's way of working.

RequirementsA university degree with 5+ years of working experience and, in a relevant field, minimum 3 years of experience as a tester, preferably with a strong focus on test automation

Experience with web automation tools such as Selenium, Protractor, Puppeteer or Cypress

Experience with JavaScript

A clear interest in test automation, code quality or similar

ISTQB certification or equivalent

Ability to take on Scrum Master responsibilities and support continuous improvement across teams

Fluent English, written and spoken

Valid right to work for the assignment

Ability to complete a background check before onboarding

Nice to haveExperience with Jest

Familiarity with telematic platforms

Experience in a complex global company

Experience close to or within web or application development frameworks and tools
