What to expect:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Software Engineer to join our organization developing next-generation digital experiences for connected vehicles. You will work across Android Automotive, navigation and positioning, infotainment, and backend/cloud-integrated systems.

What You Will Do

You will work in cross-functional, agile DevOps teams with a strong focus on quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Your work will span design, development, testing, deployment, and real-vehicle validation.

Core Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance Android Automotive features with a focus on Navigation, Positioning, Media, and Voice Control
• Build full-stack functionality using C++, Java/Kotlin, Python, and the Android toolchain
• Develop touch-based user interfaces and system-level components for in-car infotainment
• Implement automated test cases and ensure high reliability through CI pipelines
• Work with cloud-connected systems, backend APIs, and data-driven services supporting vehicle functionality
• Collaborate with Google and internal partners to deliver state-of-the-art infotainment and navigation experiences
• Participate in real-vehicle testing and troubleshooting to validate system behavior in real-world conditions
• Contribute to architectural decisions, code reviews, and continuous improvements in development practices
• Ensure high standards of software quality, performance, and maintainability

What you bring along:

You are a curious, analytical, and solution-oriented engineer who enjoys working collaboratively to build high-impact products. You thrive in fast-moving environments, handle multiple tasks with ease, and are motivated by technical challenges.

You Bring

• A B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, or similar
• 5+ years of professional experience in software development
• Strong expertise in C++, with additional experience in Java/Kotlin and Python
• Experience with Android platform development (AOSP, Android Automotive)
• Familiarity with modern architectural patterns (MVP, MVVM, layered architecture)
• Solid understanding of Android testing frameworks (JUnit, Espresso, Mockito)
• Experience with Continuous Integration, automated testing, and DevOps practices
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken
• A collaborative mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for quality

Meritorious Experience

The following will be considered strong advantages:

• Android Automotive platform development
• Automotive infotainment systems
• Navigation or positioning technologies
• Cloud-connected vehicle systems or backend integration
• Experience with real-vehicle testing
• A valid B-level driver's license
