What we're looking for

Solid experience building and shipping products end-to-end.

Strong in modern frontend (React/TypeScript) and backend development (Python/Node.js).

Solid understanding of software design principles and writing scalable, performant code.

Product mindset - you can balance speed with long-term thinking and make well-reasoned decisions.

Collaborative spirit - you thrive in cross-functional teams with product, design, data, and ML.

What you'll do

In one sentence: Build the core Alva experience and take it to the next level.

Design, build, and maintain features across the stack - frontend, backend, and infrastructure.

Take ownership of features end-to-end: from technical design to implementation, deployment, and iteration.

Collaborate closely with data scientists, designers, ML engineers, and product managers to turn ideas into intuitive experiences.

Drive projects through the full lifecycle: planning, shipping, learning, and improving.
