Assignment Description

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer / Tech Lead

What You Will Work On

Lead end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow SPM solutions

Define architecture and technical design aligned with platform standards

Develop and configure solutions within ServiceNow platform

Ensure maximum use of out-of-the-box functionality to reduce technical debt

Work with JavaScript scripting and API integrations

Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and architects

Perform code reviews and ensure development best practices

Coach and support developers within the team

Ensure adherence to CSDM (Common Service Data Model)

Drive testing, documentation, and quality assurance activities

Participate in architecture discussions and long-term platform strategy

Collaborate with external vendors and delivery partners

Work in agile teams to deliver incremental value

What You Bring

Extensive experience with the ServiceNow platform

Proven experience with ServiceNow SPM module

Experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Specialist in ServiceNow implementations

Hands-on experience with CSDM (Common Service Data Model)

Strong development experience in ServiceNow (JavaScript, APIs, integrations)

Solid understanding of out-of-the-box solutions and technical debt minimization

Experience working in complex programs and multi-stakeholder environments

Experience with Agile methodologies

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to balance technical leadership with hands-on delivery
