Assignment Description:

We are looking for a QA IT Engineer to act as the quality representative within project teams

What you will work on:

Act as QA representative within project and IT implementation teams

Ensure computerized systems remain compliant and validated throughout the project lifecycle

Review and approve project documentation such as change controls, deviations, and periodic reviews

Support supplier qualification and evaluation activities

Monitor and interpret IT regulatory requirements (e.g., GxP, Annex 11, GAMP) and ensure project alignment

Drive continuous improvement of quality processes through cross-functional collaboration

Support audits and inspections related to IT and computerized systems

What you bring:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical or scientific field

Several years of experience in QA for IT systems in regulated (GxP) environments

Strong knowledge of computerized system validation and regulatory frameworks

Experience working with change management, deviations, and compliance documentation

Strong communication skills with the ability to support and influence stakeholders

High integrity, strong quality mindset, and sense of responsibility

Pragmatic, solution-oriented, and collaborative working style

Ability to work on-site in Stockholm, with some flexibility when projects allow
