Role Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to support a large-scale transformation initiative within a modern industrial and production environment. This role focuses on advancing and optimizing manufacturing processes, contributing to the development of next-generation production systems.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee project execution within the assigned functional area

Drive initiatives related to production enhancement and process optimization

Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment

Ensure project delivery meets defined timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards

Facilitate the implementation of new technologies, processes, and operational methodologies

Promote continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity

Coordinate resources and activities to maintain smooth project progression

Required Experience

Proven experience in senior-level project management roles, preferably within industrial or manufacturing environments

Strong background in managing complex projects and driving transformation initiatives

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (preferred)
