Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Procurement Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Act as the procurement expert in project meetings, defining purchasing and supplier strategies to achieve optimal outcomes in cost, quality, and project objectives

Lead procurement of national and international construction services, technical building systems, engineering services, and support services based on real estate needs

Prepare electronic tenders, evaluate bids, and conduct price and contract negotiations through to contract award, including handling supplements and claims

Define and implement procurement strategies for assigned material and service areas

Perform demand, market, and supplier analyses to ensure long-term, cost-efficient, and timely delivery of required quality

Conduct global market analyses depending on project location to support optimal sourcing strategies and supplier selection

Ensure implementation and consistent use of defined procurement methods, processes, and systems within a digital procurement environment

Manage suppliers within assigned material areas, including qualification, selection, evaluation, development, and classification

Plan, generate, track, and document cost savings

Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as legal, project management, tender management, construction planning, regional teams, controlling, and reporting functions

Maintain continuous market awareness and contribute to knowledge sharing and development within the procurement and real estate community

What you bring:

Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering with a construction focus, or a commercial education combined with a technical construction background

Several years of experience in project management and/or procurement of goods and services within construction, real estate, or related industries

Strong negotiation skills with a goal-oriented and proactive mindset

Solid knowledge of procurement-related project management and contract law

Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively across multiple interfaces

Strong communication skills and confidence in managing internal and external stakeholders

Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Proficiency in Office tools and digital procurement environments
