Country Manager Sweden – Poda A/S
Location: Sweden (with regular presence in Osted, Denmark)
Poda A/S is seeking a skilled and driven Country Manager for Sweden to accelerate our growth and strengthen our position in the Swedish market. This is a unique opportunity to build and develop a national market together with established partners while expanding our franchise network across the country.

About the Role
As Country Manager Sweden, you will be responsible for developing and growing Poda’s market presence. Your primary focus will be to support our existing Swedish partner in expanding their business as well as identifying and onboarding new franchise partners in strategic regions.
Experience in franchising or the fencing industry is not a requirement. What matters is strong commercial understanding, the ability to collaborate with partners, and a structured and proactive approach to business development.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Poda’s commercial development in Sweden
Support and strengthen the growth of our current partner’s business
Identify, attract, and help recruit new franchise partners across Sweden
Conduct regular customer and partner visits throughout the country
Provide commercial support including pricing, proposals, and follow-up
Maintain close alignment with the Poda headquarters in Osted, Denmark
Represent Poda and our values in all customer, partner, and industry interactions
Your Profile
Strong commercial mindset with experience in business development, partner management, or sales
Self-driven, structured, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable with frequent travel across Sweden
Residence in Sweden or Denmark – location is flexible
Willing and able to spend regular working days at our head office in Osted, Denmark
Fluent in Swedish and English
