Senior Finance Project Manager

We are looking for a Senior Finance Project Manager with extensive experience, for a consultancy assignment at a leading energy company. This is a full-time role from May 3rd, 2026 to December 31st, 2026, with possibility of extension, based in Solna (Stockholm) with a hybrid setup (three days on-site and two days remote).

What will this role achieve?

You will play a key role in leading and delivering complex finance projects, primarily within the Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) process. By driving improvements, automation and change initiatives, you will contribute to more efficient processes, stronger financial control and enhanced business value across the organization.

Key responsibilities:

Lead and manage projects within the Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) process across multiple business units

Drive process improvements, automation and digitalization initiatives

Support leadership in strategic planning, structure and follow-up

Define project scope, timelines and deliverables using OKR frameworks

Lead cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders across the organization

Drive change management and communication activities

Contribute to related finance processes such as Order-to-Cash (O2C) and intercompany flows

Mentor and support process experts in project management and execution

Ensure control of schedules, deliveries, contracts and costs

About you

Requirements:

More than 5 years of experience leading complex end-to-end Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) projects

Strong experience as a senior project manager within finance transformation or development projects

Proven experience in change management and stakeholder communication

Fluency in both Swedish and English (mandatory)

Relevant university degree in Economics, Finance or similar

Experience working with both agile and traditional methodologies
