General Description:

• Engage and develop close professional relationships with key opinion leaders and other experts and professional research organizations to align our internal medical strategy with their research strategy, local needs and demands in data generation in order to fill in existing data gaps and deliver data of our pivotal trials.
• Ensure the right data are available to support reimbursement and optimization of guidelines positioning, of our innovative medicines, making them accessible for patients with hemato-oncological malignancies and/or in the solid tumor space.
• Support healthcare professionals in the management of patients suffering from hemato-oncological diseases by providing them the correct and most up-to-date scientific information, (omnichannel) medical education and other modalities to improve clinical practice. Operating at the highest ethical standard.
• Be a strategic partner in the Nordic cross-functional team and deliver on the Swedish medical plan with high scientific and clinical quality, contributing to the Swedish/Nordic country plan. Serve as a subject matter expert and stay up to date on the clinical landscape in Sweden as well as building and maintaining relationships with key external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• MD, PharmD., or PhD within a clinical and/or scientific profession (or an equivalent level of professional, clinical and/or scientific education, training and experience) preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of experience and success within other biotech/pharmaceutical companies
• Experience of working in a Medical Affairs role
• Track record of experience in the field of Hematology/Oncology
• High level of communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, organizational, and cross functional collaboration skills
• Flexibility to work with colleagues in an international setting
• Extensive travel required
