With Otsuka strengthening its footprint in Nephrology/Immunology, we are looking for a professional with scientific knowledge in immunology, a strategic mindset, and a collaborative, independent and proactive approach to support continued development in this area. About the Role

As an MSL, you will act as a scientific expert across the Nordics. You will engage with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and internal stakeholders to drive scientific partnerships, lead medical initiatives and support evidence generation and educational efforts. This is a strategic and field-based role that requires a high level of autonomy, expertise, scientific curiosity and a passion for delivering value to patients and the healthcare system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain long-term scientific collaborations with healthcare professionals, thought leaders, and key stakeholders.
  • Provide medical and scientific expertise to internal teams, commercial planning, and training activities.
  • Proactively drive medical strategy in the Nordic countries.
  • Identify, analyze, and communicate emerging scientific data within relevant therapeutic areas.
  • Drive and support medical initiatives pre (- and post) launch of products.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Scientific degree (PharmD, PhD, or MSc in life sciences) is a requirement.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Medical Affairs, preferably in an MSL role.
  • Experience with Immunology is a strong advantage.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with Key Oponion Leaders and communicate complex scientific information.
  • Strong understanding of ethics, regulatory frameworks, and compliance within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in one or more Nordic languages is a plus.
