Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Commercial Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Take full responsibility for all commercial and finance-related matters within a defined portfolio of service projects

Act as a close partner to technical project managers to ensure delivery within agreed targets for cost, time, quality, and customer satisfaction

Manage and optimize financial performance, including project gross profit, cash flow, assets, and financing instruments

Handle commercial topics such as accounting, legal, tax, foreign exchange, and NCM (New Collaboration Model)

Prepare and maintain commercial documentation for regular project status and review meetings

Ensure accuracy and integrity of commercial project data throughout the execution phase

Ensure compliance with IFRS 15, local GAAP requirements, reporting guidelines, and internal control frameworks

Maintain accurate project books and records in systems such as SAP, OnePM, and internal project databases

Initiate and manage invoicing in accordance with project progress and contractual terms

Apply and manage financial guarantees, bonds, and project securities

Support identification, follow-up, and reduction of non-conformance costs

Support risk and opportunity identification, evaluation, and mitigation together with the project manager

Contribute to continuous improvement through lessons learned and best practices

Participate in business travel when required

What you bring:

Relevant university degree in finance, economics, business administration, or similar

Solid professional experience in commercial project management or project finance

Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial control, and project financial steering

Advanced system skills, including SAP and Microsoft applications such as Excel and Teams

Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is an advantage

Strong analytical capabilities and a holistic, structured way of working

High level of ownership, accountability, and curiosity

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in an international environment

Fluency in English, both written and spoken
