We're looking for aSecurity Administrator within Physical Security Services & PACS Administrationto join us at Telia.

I'm Sofia Eskils, Strategy and Process Manager for Physical Security, and together with the team I'm looking for new colleagues who enjoy structured work, collaboration, and making a real contribution to high security standards. We're a close-knit team working hands-on with Telia's physical security operations across Sweden.

What you'll do

You will be part of the operational team that handles incoming cases within Telia Sweden's physical security function.

• Manage incoming security-related cases via email, phone, and support systems
• Handle access management, including physical access requests and key administration
• Support incident handling, follow-up, and revisions within physical security systems
• Monitor, control, and follow up on security systems such as CCTV and intrusion alarms
• Coordinate administratively with external security suppliers
• Act as a contact point for internal and external stakeholders regarding physical security matters
  

Your work focuses on maintaining Telia's security levels while delivering a high level of service. Minor projects related to physical security and protected sites may also occur.

What will help you thrive in this role

You are structured, technically curious, and comfortable working in environments with clear security requirements.

• Good practical skills in Office 365
• Ability to work independently while contributing strongly as a team player
• Comfortable navigating multiple support and administrative systems
• Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and attention to detail
• Fluency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written
• Completed upper secondary education (Swedish gymnasium)
  

Experience from security support functions, physical security systems (such as CCTV, access control, or intrusion alarms), or work related to protective security is considered a merit. But you don't have to meet every requirement to apply - we're building a team where different skills and experiences complement each other.

This role is placed in Solna.
