Assignment Description

We are looking for a Senior IAM Solution Architect

What You Will Work On

Lead and align IAM architecture across teams and ARTs

Define and evolve IAM reference architecture and capability models

Translate security frameworks (ISO, NIST, OWASP) into practical guidelines

Drive adoption of Zero Trust and identity-centric security approaches

Facilitate architecture forums, design reviews, and decision-making processes

Promote reuse, standardization, and scalable architectural practices

Balance security, compliance, and business requirements

Collaborate with enterprise architecture, security, platform, and product teams

Support risk and compliance alignment across the organization

What You Bring

Extensive experience as a Solution Architect in complex, large-scale environments

Strong background in IAM and identity-centric security

Experience working in SAFe or similar scaled agile frameworks

Good understanding of security standards such as ISO, NIST, and OWASP

Proven ability to drive alignment and facilitate architectural decisions

Strong strategic thinking combined with a pragmatic delivery approach

Excellent communication skills, both technical and business-oriented
