We are looking for a new colleague who will support our Sales Service team during the summer months. Are you ready to take on a challenge in the supply chain service business?

It is an excellent opportunity for you who want to get to know the trading business within our Packaging & Paper division.

The position includes both internal and external contacts. You are self-confident, well organized and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

The position is located in Gothenburg, Lilla Bommen.

Key responsibilities

• In cooperation with responsible sales service coordinators ensure the future customer and supplier relationships and continued business
• Entering orders in the system
• Invoicing
• Provide instructions for issuing of correct documentation
• Provide documentation to customers, supplier and /or bank
• Keep customers updated on order status
• Authorize supplier payments

Skill requirements(knowledge of)

• Computer handling, such as IFS, MS Office, etc
• Structured and organized
• Multi-tasking skills
• Problem solver
• Fluent in the Swedish and English
