Area Sales Manager – Military and Law Enforcement

We are now hiring an Area Sales Manager who will play a central role in expanding Taiga’s presence across Europe and beyond. Your Mission
As Area Sales Manager, you will act as Taiga’s ambassador toward both B2B clients and governmental organizations (B2G), ensuring trust, continuity, and strategic growth.

You will
• Lead sales efforts across Europe (primarily), with extended responsibility for the Nordics, North America, and Oceania.

• Build long‑term relationships with procurement officers, specialized units, and key decision-makers.

• Manage the entire sales cycle from first contact to contract signing.

• Represent Taiga at key trade shows, field demonstrations, and stakeholder forums.

• Identify emerging opportunities and translate customer needs into tailored solutions.

Your Qualifications

• Strong experience in B2B and/or governmental sales

• Excellent communication skills in English

• A strong command of Business German is a significant advantage

• Additional languages are beneficial

• Experience in apparel, textiles, or technical equipment is a plus but not required
• A valid driver’s license (B‑license)

• Experienced in strategic sales with strong commercial acumen

• Able to work independently and collaboratively

• Structured, reliable, and skilled in planning toward clear goals

Start, Scope and Location Details

• Start: As soon as possible, with respect for notice periods

• Scope: Full‑time employment

• Preferred location: Varberg, Sweden, but other locations may be considered for the right candidate.

• Salary: Fixed salary according to agreement
