Om jobbet

The accounts receivable market is massive, fragmented, and running on legacy systems built for a different era. Corafone is rebuilding it from the ground up. AI voice agents live in production, real payments collected, real compliance enforced. The traction is real. The clients are real. And we need someone to make sure every deployment actually lands. Why join Corafone The founding team has done this before. Experienced founders who have scaled startups from zero to one to 100, and are doing it again. Backed by investors who wrote the first check for Deepgram and the founders of Moltbook. People with a track record of backing the right teams at exactly the right moment. The rocket is already off the ground. This is your chance to get on board before we land on the moon.

What you'll do
  • Own customer implementations end to end. From signed contract to live, working AI agent.
  • Get deep enough into each client's workflows, data, and compliance requirements to configure and tune the right solution.
  • Prompt engineer the AI agents - shaping tone, scripts, escalation logic, and conversation flows for each deployment.
  • Coordinate across engineering, the client, and the founding team to keep delivery on track.
  • Be the face of Corafone for customers post-sale. The person they trust to get it done.
What we're looking for
  • Semi-technical. You don't need to write code, but you're comfortable with APIs, data, and having real conversations with engineers.
  • A natural project manager who tracks the details, follows up, and doesn't let things fall through the cracks.
  • A strong communicator who can run a client call and a delivery standup in the same day.
  • Ownership-driven and calm under pressure. You move fast without losing the thread.
  • Genuinely curious about AI and excited to work with it hands-on, not just talk about it.
  • Bonus: experience with LLMs or prompt engineering.
  • Bonus: worked in fintech, collections, or a compliance-heavy industry.
  • Bonus: founder or early hire at a startup.
