Could you be the full-time Project PI Quality Manager in Göteborg, Sävenäs we're looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll report to the Northern RS Quality Director and work alongside passionate, motivated, and dedicated teammates.

You'll play a key role in ensuring quality and safety standards are met, contributing to the success of our projects. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (such as engineering, operations, and customer service), lead internal and external customer inspections, and ensure compliance with quality processes, and much more.

You'll specifically take care of overseeing Safety Authorization and vehicle handovers and support reliability growth initiatives.

We'll look to you for:

Supporting and ensuring Safety Authorization processes

Managing vehicle handovers, ensuring all quality tasks are addressed

Leading internal and external customer inspections and validating work performed

Ensuring data-driven REX processes towards RSC

Contributing to reliability growth through NCR and 8D creation and implementation

Collaborating with the PrQSM as the Quality interface towards customers

Ensuring quality assurance through Quality Introduction programs and audits

Coordinating internal and external audits, including Special Process audits

Master's degree in Engineering (electromechanical, electrical, electronics) or equivalent

Expertise in managing Quality and problem-solving tools

Knowledge of Quality standards (ISO9001, ISO22163)

Fluency in English and Swedish; German would be an asset

Experience in Quality auditing and Process management would be an asset

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
