We're seeking a Laboratory Manager to be the driving force behind our labs in Mölndal-where innovation meets precision. What You'll Do
- Run daily lab operations and be the main point of contact for scientists.
- Support the business with quality work by facilitating change controls, SOPs and assisting with logbook management.
- Lead and support teams , ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
- Manage equipment and supplies , including maintenance and inventory.
- Ensure safety and compliance with SHE standards and audits.
- Improve processes to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
- Plan for the future , identifying new technologies and lab needs.
- Assist with above mentioned tasks within GMP-related areas.
What You Bring
- MSc degree in scientific discipline or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of SHE requirements.
- Proven ability to work with SHE policies and audit requirements.
- Knowledge and experience of GLS and GxP regulations and audit requirements is a must.
- Several years in a laboratory environment, ideally with management experience.
- Knowledge and experience of lean sigma processes is an advantage.
- Fluent English and Swedish
- You bring confidence, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
- Exceptional planning, organisational, analytical and networking skills.
- Project management skills, ability to be flexible and handle multiple responsibilities and tasks on a regular basis.
- You are comfortable making informed decisions that keep processes aligned and on track.
