Om jobbet

Scania is undergoing a transformation from being a leading supplier of trucks, buses, and engines to providing complete and sustainable transport solutions. Together with TRATON and our sister brands MAN, Volkswagen Truck & Bus and International, we are working to shape the future of mobility with innovative and environmentally conscious solutions.

Ventures and New Business at Scania have a key role in contributing to this vision. We drive the industry transformation as we develop complementing solutions to our core and build new growth through ventures and investments. Our values - customer first, respect, team spirit, responsibility, and elimination of waste - are at the heart of everything we do. Together, we are at the forefront of creating a sustainable future.

About the role

Voltra is accelerating the shift towards electrified transport solutions. To strengthen our Operations & Industrialization capability, we are now looking for a Project Manager who will secure structured execution and high-quality delivery in a growing business and newly formed Venture.
In this role, you lead cross-functional projects from planning to handover. You set clear targets, coordinate stakeholders, manage sourcing and RFQ processes, and ensure that deliverables are completed on time and according to scope. You combine operational excellence with an entrepreneurial mindset and thrive in an environment where things evolve quickly.
You will for example:
• Develop detailed project plans with clear milestones and targets
• Coordinate stakeholders across functions such as purchasing, technical teams, and partners
• Manage sourcing activities and RFQ processes
• Secure project delivery, documentation, closure, and handover to the business
• Drive continuous improvements in ways of working within Operations & Industrialization
• Coordinate customer pilots and ensure structured follow-up

Who You Are

You are a structured and proactive project leader who enjoys creating clarity in complex environments. You take ownership, drive progress, and ensure that commitments turn into results. You are comfortable working cross-functionally and understand how to align stakeholders with different perspectives. You communicate clearly, build trust, and keep momentum even when conditions change.

You may have experience from project management within operations, industrialization, technical development, or a related field. What matters most is your ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver in a dynamic setting.

We value diverse backgrounds and perspectives. If you see yourself in this role, even if you don't meet every single requirement, we encourage you to apply.

Our offer

We offer you the chance to be part of an organization that is focused on reaching Scania's targets and to truly drive the industry transformation. People who work here have the motivation and desire to constantly make things better.

We offer a dynamic, flexible workplace with hybrid work options. With a structured development plan and courses, Scania supports your career growth both locally and internationally. Benefits include training at our health center Gröndal or wellness allowance, result bonus, flexible hours, and company car leasing. Scania also hosts events for employees and their families.

Application

Your application should include a CV and any relevant certificates. We welcome all applicants and strive for diversity in our recruitment processes.

Apply as soon as possible, no later than 2026-03-05. Screening will take place on an ongoing basis. Logical and personality tests may be used as part of the selection process, and a background check may be required for this role.

If you have questions or would like more information, please contact: Linda Rosenqvist at linda.rosenqvist@scania.com
