Assignment Description

We are looking for a Project Manager

What You Will Work On

Develop and implement manufacturing and production processes

Work with production flows, P-FMEA, and control plans

Create and maintain production and process documentation

Conduct and document prototype builds and testing activities

Perform method studies and support industrialization efforts

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical, quality, and procurement

Ensure a stable and efficient transition to serial production

Support continuous improvements in production processes

Work closely with production engineers and stakeholders

What You Bring

Strong experience in industrial project management or process development

Experience working with manufacturing processes and industrialization

Hands-on experience with P-FMEA, control plans, and production documentation

Experience conducting prototype builds and method studies

Ability to work in cross-functional teams within complex environments

Practical and solution-oriented engineering approach

Self-driven with the ability to take ownership of tasks
