About the Role

Our POS platforms serve thousands of merchants across the Nordics every day.

We are now strengthening our POS team with aProduct Specialistwho wants to play a key role in shaping and supporting anext-generation POS ecosystemfor the Nordic market.

Location: Stockholm or Helsingborg, Sweden

Your Focus

• Become a product expert in our POS ecosystem and platform capabilities
• Support product launches, pilots, and new customer implementations
• Work closely with product management and engineering to translate market needs into product improvements
• Assist partners and internal teams with product knowledge, solution design, and best practices
• Contribute to documentation, training material, and product guidelines
• Help identify opportunities to improve workflows, integrations, and merchant experience

We're Looking For

• Experience working with software products, SaaS platforms, POS, fintech, or similar technology environments
• Strong ability to understand systems, workflows, and integrations
• Comfortable working between product, engineering, partners, and customers
• Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented
• Curious mindset with the ability to quickly learn complex platforms
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Swedish is a strong plus
