Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We are now looking for our next People Manager within the AI & Data Engineering unit - a role that combines leadership and hands-on work.

Your role
As a Data Engineer with a focus on Azure or Databricks, you will:

• Design and build data pipelines with Databricks and Apache Spark to manage data in Azure.
• Develop and maintain secure data warehouses and data lakehouses with data models and quality controls.
• Build and deploy AI/ML models with Databricks ML and Azure ML for business insights.
• Monitor and optimize data pipelines and infrastructure for efficiency and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful implementations.
• Stay updated within the ever-changing landscape of big data technologies and best practices.

As a People Manager, you will:

• Lead a team of 5-10 consultants. You will support your team through coaching and create a positive and motivating work environment.
• Focus on your team members' individual career development. Through regular one-on-one meetings, you help your consultants plan their careers and reach their goals. You will be the person our employees turn to for guidance and support.
• Be part of the leadership team within AI & Data Engineering.
• We believe in giving our managers the opportunity to prioritize people and clients over administrative tasks.

Your profile

• Several years of experience in Data Engineering.
• Documented expertise in, for example, Azure, Databricks, Apache Spark and the development of data pipelines, as well as a strong understanding of data warehouse concepts and practices.
• Experience with the Microsoft Azure cloud platform, including Azure Data Lake Storage, Databricks and Azure Data Factory.
• Knowledge of SQL and scripting languages such as Python, as well as practical experience with AI/ML concepts and tools.
