Who is your future team?

Join our Analytics Test team-a collaborative, high-performing group focused on verifying and ensuring the quality of cutting-edge video analytics solutions. As part of this, you'll work within a small but seasoned team of four, bringing together deep technical expertise and hands-on experience.

The team operates with a strong sense of ownership, trust, and creativity-taking responsibility, making decisions, and enjoying the freedom that comes with it, while still having fun along the way. The mix of backgrounds spans academia, industry, and hands-on engineering, contributing to a broad and complementary skill set.

Working closely with development, QA, and product teams, the focus is on validating real-world performance and continuously improving how testing and quality assurance are carried out. What will you do as an Operative Test Lead?

This is a hands-on leadership role where you guide the team while actively contributing to the technical work. The focus is on ensuring seamless integration and real-world performance of video analytics applications on network-connected camera hardware from an end-to-end perspective. Your responsibilities include:

• Hands-on technical leadership: Design, build, and maintain realistic test systems across lab and field environments, including automation, system configuration, and direct interaction with our products.
• Team alignment & representation: Act as the main point of contact for the team-coordinating with stakeholders, shaping plans from complex or unclear objectives, and ensuring alignment across teams while keeping the team focused and moving forward.
• Test planning & execution: Lead and support test activities to ensure strong coverage, quality, and efficient execution in complex scenarios.
• Analysis & problem solving: Investigate system behaviour, logs, and test results to identify issues, patterns, and improvement opportunities.
• Team alignment, collaboration & communication: Act as the main point of contact-coordinating with stakeholders, shaping plans from complex or unclear objectives, ensuring alignment across teams, and clearly sharing insights to drive quality.
• Direction & continuous Improvement: Provide clarity and direction for the team, helping translate complex or ambiguous challenges into actionable work, while continuously improving testing methods, tools, and ways of working.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a technically strong and curious individual with a natural ability to lead. You likely have experience as a test leader, senior tester, or product specialist, combining hands-on expertise with the ability to guide others. You are driven, pragmatic, and comfortable navigating uncertainty-able to make decisions and create clarity in ambiguous situations.

Experience designing and working with real-world systems is highly valued, and you are confident both contributing yourself and supporting others in this area. Experience within computer vision, AI, or video analytics-especially testing AI-based systems-is a strong advantage.
