Job Description:

This internship will support Datasite's Nordic Sales organization by assisting with sales reporting, data analysis, and Salesforce administration. The role is well-suited for a detail-oriented, analytically curious individual who enjoys working with data, systems, and cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Key Accountabilities
  • Support the Nordic sales team with sales reporting and related operational processes, including report generation and ongoing data maintenance.
  • Maintain strong Salesforce data hygiene, ensuring contacts are accurately assigned to the correct accounts and that all relevant records are properly set up and maintained.
  • Assist with routine analysis of sales performance, synthesizing results and effectively communicating insights to sales leaders.
  • Create basic Salesforce reports and dashboards and retrieve key data from Salesforce (e.g., price mapping and performance metrics).
  • Document repeatable reporting and analytical processes that may later be automated or transitioned to long-term solutions.

Required Qualifications

Technical & Analytical Skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including nested formulas (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS), pivot tables, and basic charting.
  • Proficient across the broader Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong familiarity with Salesforce, including report and dashboard navigation and creation.
  • Some experience with coding or query-based languages; the majority of development work will focus on CRM Analytics (SAQL).
  • Exposure to business intelligence tools such as CRM Analytics (Einstein Analytics), Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Foundational understanding of relational databases and data structures.
  • Ability to aggregate, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources with varying data quality.
  • Comfortable conducting sales performance analysis (e.g., regional performance), as well as technical validation (e.g., identifying missing data points or discrepancies between sources).
Culture & Soft Skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable working against short turnaround timelines, occasionally supporting senior leadership requests.
  • Effective communicator who collaborates well with cross-functional, global teams, demonstrating empathy and intellectual humility.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a natural curiosity and commitment to continuous learning.
  • Ability to operate effectively in an evolving, occasionally unstructured environment with minimal or unclear requirements.
  • Demonstrated follow-through, attention to detail, and reliability in meeting deadlines.
  • Solid business acumen, with interest in understanding how systems, processes, and data contribute to the broader business; awareness of industry trends is a plus.
Education & Experience
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree, preferably in business administration, finance, accounting, analytics, or a related field.
  • Previous exposure to Sales, Operations, Business Analysis, or Revenue Operations is a plus, but not required.
