Role Overview:Parently is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Executive Intern to join our warehouse team gain valuable startup experience . This hands-on position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our circular warehouse processes. The intern will be involved in key operational tasks and will be included in areas based on their interests, alongside the support of our full-time Operations Manager and two part-time warehouse staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Management: Assist with managing and processing incoming orders in our system, including product allocation and subscription activations.
- Warehouse Operations: Support warehouse activities, such as handling product returns, preparing deliveries, and maintaining stock levels.
- Quality Assurance: Contribute to ensuring that all products meet high-quality standards through inspection and refurbishment processes.
- Process Improvement: Assist with identifying opportunities to improve warehouse processes and automation efforts.
- Systems Management: Work with warehouse management systems to track inventory and help maintain operational accuracy.
- Currently enrolled in a university program (preferred).
- Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to engage in hands-on warehouse tasks.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and logistics tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Interest in sustainable business practices and circular economy principles.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a rapidly evolving startup environment.
- Hands-on experience in operations, logistics, and circular economy concepts.
- A dynamic and supportive team environment, with guidance from a full-time operations manager and part-time warehouse staff.
- Flexibility to focus on areas of particular interest.

- Able to work at our warehouse in Sundbyberg 2-3 times / week (minimum 20hours)
